Fall 2006 Roadshow Recap
From September 26 to October 5, 2006, the Kenya Tourist Board (KTB) was joined by an
impressive list of top Kenya Suppliers on a cross-country Roadshow! The KTB shared news and updates on the destination, new product and other exciting information at fun events that brought travel agents a small taste of Kenya! This year, all agents who attended one of the Kenya Educational Seminars were eligible to win a safari to Magical Kenya! One safari was given away at each event during the Roadshow.
In addition, agents who attended one of the Roadshow Education Seminars will receive a 10 percent discount on all bookings from participating suppliers, made between the seminar date and March 31, 2007!

The Fall 2006 Roadshow traveled to New York, Chicago, Atlanta, Ft. Lauderdale, and Los Angeles.
Each Kenya Roadshow Educational Seminar included:
· Welcome and presentation from the Kenya Tourist Board in Nairobi
· "What’s New" in Kenya, specifically highlighting new product and lodging
· Update from the Kenya Tourist Board in North America,highlighting the remaining 2006 marketing
plans and upcoming 2007 plan, KATS news, and 2007 Fam announcement
· Questions and answers from the participating suppliers
· Opportunity to meet individually with top Kenya suppliers
· Chance to win a safari to Magical Kenya (one safari will be given away at each event)
· Dinner or Breakfast
